Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the hubo.bg website, operated by „ХъбоГо“ ООД (HuboGo OOD), uses, what they are for and how you can manage your choice. How we process the personal data related to them is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the site to work properly, to remember your choices or to collect visitor statistics. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in a comparable way, and the same rules apply to them.
2. When we ask for your consent
In accordance with Article 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act and the GDPR, we set without consent only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and stay secure, or to provide a feature you have asked for. For all other cookies, we ask for your prior consent through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Until you give consent, the analytics tools are not loaded and set no cookies. Your choice is stored in our own cookie (hubo_consent) and you can change it at any time.
3. Cookies we use
3.1. Strictly necessary
These cookies are needed for the site to work securely and to remember your choice. They cannot be switched off.
hubo_consent— set by us (hubo.bg). Remembers your cookie choice: the version of this policy, the time of your choice and whether you allowed analytics cookies, so that we do not ask you on every visit. Consent is managed entirely by us — no third party is involved. Duration: 12 months.__cf_bm— set by Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site. Used to distinguish visits by people from those by automated programs (bot protection). Duration: 30 minutes.cf_clearance— set by Cloudflare only when your browser passes a security check. Remembers that the check was passed, so that it is not repeated on every request. Duration: according to the site's security settings, usually 30 minutes.
The contact form is protected against automated spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile is loaded only when you start using the form and is strictly necessary for it. Turnstile does not set tracking or advertising cookies on our domain; Cloudflare's cookie documentation lists no Turnstile cookie. The check uses only the technical data from your browser described in the Privacy Policy.
3.2. Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, the site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). They help us understand which pages are visited and how the site is used, so that we can improve it. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies — it only loads Google Analytics.
_ga— Google Analytics. Distinguishes individual visitors by means of a randomly generated identifier. Duration: 2 years._ga_<ID>— Google Analytics (<ID>is the measurement ID of our Google Analytics 4 data stream). Keeps the state of the current session. Duration: 2 years.
Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
3.3. Advertising cookies
The site does not use cookies for advertising, remarketing or profiling for advertising purposes. The site's Google tag is configured without advertising features: ad storage, the use of data for advertising and ad personalisation are permanently switched off, regardless of your choice in the banner. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent in advance.
4. How to manage cookies
- Through the banner. On your first visit, you can choose “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or “Settings” to decide separately about analytics cookies. We will ask you again after 12 months at the latest, or when this policy changes materially.
- Via the “Cookie settings” link. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom (footer) of every page. When you withdraw, we delete the analytics cookies from your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
- Through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work properly.
- Through Google's add-on. You can also opt out of data collection by Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The current version is published on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top.
