Do I need the app?
No. Scan the QR code with your camera and pay on a web page. The huboGO app is optional: it shows the station map and available power banks.
How do I pay?
Electronically – by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I return it to a different station?
Yes, to any huboGO station, large or small.
What if I don’t return it?
Rental is €1 per 24 hours. If the power bank is not returned within 72 hours, it becomes yours and is charged as a €35 sale, on top of the €3 already paid. The maximum total is €38.
Which phones can I charge?
Any phone with USB-C, Lightning (iPhone) or Micro-USB. The cables are built into the power bank.
Where are the stations?
The first stations are being installed in Sofia and Plovdiv. The station map will be in the huboGO app.
